The Origin Story
Every estate planning firm we worked with had the same bottleneck: Administrative Drag. Attorneys were spending hours chasing clients for documents, fielding status update emails, and toggling between disconnected apps. The work that actually required a law degree kept getting buried under a mountain of manual workarounds. We saw this dozens of times. As Zoho consultants, we built the same solution from scratch over and over. Eventually, we asked the obvious question: What if we just built the thing once, and built it right? That’s Bowline.

Jed has spent years as a Zoho business systems consultant, helping professional services firms—and estate planning attorneys in particular—get organized and scale.
Bowline grew directly out of that work: real-world problems observed across real firms, solved with a system that was tested in the trenches before it ever became a product.
